here on earth.
I do believe each one of us feels an inner desire to want and feel happier, to be healthier and successful. It is like an innate desire that burns a small flame within each of us. This flame can burn brightly and vibrantly in some of us and for others perhaps their flame is very low, like a low dimmer switch not within some people’s awareness to connect with this little flame of light that drives each person to seek that inner desire of happiness.
So what would we need to do to enable us to create this new age of happiness, health and success?
Embrace Change.
I believe a difference to the world comes from our hearts desire, our trust and faith in our power and ability to make change within and with those around us. To embrace desire and motivation to make change in one’s life, even if subtle; these changes all make a positive difference to the way we live and feel. So
what might some of these changes be?
Self-Love. Self-Care
Spending time to devote to self-love and self-care allows us to feel happier and move loved and blossoms our confidence in all we do and share. Sharing this love with ourselves firstly enables us to feel happy and
confident, loved and balanced; and this starts to create a ripple effect around us – our energy starts to flow at a higher vibration and all those we connect with feel our vibration, whether consciously or unconsciously. Notice how when you feel amazing, vibrant or happy how people around you seem to feel your energy and it makes others feel good too? Like attracts like.
Daily Intention
Taking action to make small changes daily by setting an intention first thing after rising when you begin your day, allows for you to be the master of your energy. I set a daily intention and have done so for many years now and when I find those days I am rushed and don’t take the time to sit and focus on how I want my day to flow… I notice those days are not necessarily flowing with ease and joy, I can be a little off balance and I won’t feel so centred. The days where I set my intention for my energy to flow with love, peace, joy, happiness and to feel centred and balanced, my days flow beautifully and even if a challenge comes my way, I find I manage it with total ease and I find solutions flow easily for me.
You may wish to set an intention for a daily or weekly Mediation exercise and ask for some guidance from the source that lies within your Heart and mind, the source which connects you to the divine energy that is available to you at any time. You may like to ask for guidance on what happiness means for you, what would it take for you to feel happier, healthier and more successful? Ask what action is required to make this change in your daily life. I guarantee that if you do dedicate the time for yourself, you will feel the
benefits and receive the answers you are seeking.
Meditation
You may choose to sit and connect in with your heart space (Heart chakra) and take the time to go within, allowing all of the day’s activities to float on by as you sit quietly in a meditative state and breathe deeply and gently, allowing the breath to calm and still the mind as you begin to allow yourself to soften and relax into the peace and tranquillity this occasion can bring.
By doing this exercise you open up to receive the messages of wisdom from your higher self and you can start to take baby steps to make changes in your life to increase your happiness quota. Remember that happiness begins on the inside and then flows out within our energy field to others.
