It was from these discussions the Grounding Meditation was birthed as I believe it's the ideal time to support alll beings and help them connect, not only to the Earth's grid, but also to their Earth Star (you can learn more about this at one of my Essence of Angels Workshops to help you anchor into the Earths Crystalline Matrix and provide that loving connection which we are all seeking.

This Meditation also assists those who feel a bit fuzzy or having difficulty sleeping. Grounding into your Earth Star is critical to your support and balance here on Earth.

I now know what it feels like to be firmly grounded here on Earth (for a long time I did not accept being here) and I have now chosen to acknowledge my role to serve Humanity and this Mediation process has increased my grounding and acceptance of my souls highest purpose here on Earth. I send you love as you connect to the Earth's grid via your Earth Star - may it bring you balance, serenity and harmony.
